Audited smart contracts

Audited smart contracts

Sceptre’s sFLR Smart Contract (which provides a liquid staking token on the Flare Network) was audited by independent smart contract auditors WATCHPUG, a leading security firm with extensive smart contract expertise.

In addition, we work with leading security partners Ledger Works and Hypernative to help us monitor our smart contracts and the network for potential risks.

Proactive defense response

Sceptre contracts and the Flare Network are monitored with Hypernative, a real-time monitoring, risk detection and automated Web3 security platform.

Unlike traditional security measures that react to attacks, Hypernative takes a proactive approach. It uses machine learning to analyze on-chain and off-chain data to identify potential security risks, economic threats, and governance issues before they cause damage, which allows us to take early action and prevent losses.

Audited smart contracts

In order to reduce the risk of validator issues, assets on Sceptre are spread across more than 50 nodes, automatically picked by our service following rigorous criteria. You can see the list nodes we currently work with on the Flare Network by clicking “Staking Information” on the app’s Staking tab.

If a node becomes problematic and is penalized by the Flare Network, the risk of our users missing out on rewards will be minimal. A single wallet can only stake on up to 3 nodes on the Flare Network so, by staking with Sceptre, you’ll be greatly reducing the risk of picking the wrong validator.
